09.07.2019 г. The “Polar Odyssey” - historical cultural center and marine museum (Russia, Republic of Karelia, Petrozavodsk).
The main exhibits of the Museum are copies of historical wooden sailing ships. These ships represent Karelia and Russia at various marine festivals. During the tourist season, the Museum is visited daily by guests from different cities of Russia and other countries. A distinctive feature of the Museum is that here you can touch, try on and take pictures, and, most importantly, feel the "old salt" on the deck and in the cabins of old wooden ships. No other Museum in Russia offers such opportunities!
